✔ Professional behavior
This ensures only well-trained interns receive the Udyamkart CRM Intern Certificate.

Interns will be tested in 4 Major Sections:
A. Practical CRM Tasks (50 Marks)
Interns must perform real tasks inside CRM:

B. Written Test (20 Marks)
A short written test based on Modules 1–9:

C. Reporting & Analytics (20 Marks)
Intern must generate 3 reports:
1️⃣ Lead Report
New, converted, lost, source-wise.
2️⃣ Daily Activity Report
Calls, tasks, follow-ups done.
3️⃣ Pipeline Stage Report
Leads at each stage.
Intern must give a 5-line summary analyzing the report.
Total: 20 Marks
D. Professional Communication Test (10 Marks)
Intern must demonstrate:
✔ Professional phone call sample
(Recorded or live)
✔ WhatsApp follow-up template
(Example: ERP demo reminder)
✔ Email format
(Send proposal email)
Total: 10 Marks
📌 3. Evaluation Criteria
The intern will be evaluated on:
✔ Accuracy of CRM entries
✔ Response time
✔ Quality of notes
✔ Pipeline movement
✔ Professional manners
✔ Communication quality
✔ Reporting clarity
✔ Understanding of Udyamkart services
Minimum passing marks: 65 out of 100
